How the partnership works

Simple. Transparent. Pre-paid.

1. You introduce

You email us, message us on WhatsApp, or use the form below — name, contact details, rough description of what's there. That's it. We take it from there.

2. We value & offer

We contact your client directly within 24 hours, provide a free written valuation, and make a firm offer. Your name stays on the file throughout — we keep you in the loop on outcome.

3. You get paid

If the collection completes, your finder's fee is paid by bank transfer the same week. No invoice chasing, no awkward asks — clean and prompt every time.

Finder's fee structure

5% of the collection price

A flat 5% of whatever we pay the seller, capped sensibly at the high end. Below are typical examples — your fee is always confirmed in writing before completion.

Small collection
Anything we acquire pays a £100 minimum, even on small lots.
£500
Mid-range collection
A typical "loft full of boxes" introduction at ~£10k acquisition.
£2,500+
Major collection
5% of any collection we pay £50k+ for. We've paid 5-figure finder fees more than once.
