All postage costs are refunded on accepted offers, and every parcel is fully tracked and insured to its full declared value. We never ask you to use uninsured postage.

Accept it, and we either book a free insured courier collection from your address in Cardiff or send you a prepaid Royal Mail Tracked label. Once your books arrive and match the description, we pay by same-day BACS.
For collections of around 40 books or more anywhere in Cardiff and the surrounding Wales area we book and pay for fully insured DPD collection from your door. Smaller collections we ask you to post — Tracked 24 from Cardiff reaches us reliably the next working day and we refund the postage on accepted offers.
