PSA (Professional Sports Authenticator) is the dominant grading service for Pokemon TCG and the wider trading card hobby. Founded in 1991 in California, PSA grades cards on a 1-10 scale and seals them in tamper-evident slabs that include a unique cert number, set, year and grade.
