Tell us what you have
A list, a spreadsheet, or a few photos of your shelves and boxes — whatever you've got. For Chases and exclusives, photos that show the sticker on the box let us quote tighter.
From shelf to bank transfer in days, not weeks
Four steps. No eBay listing fees, no shelf-photo sessions, no Mercari lowballers and no haggling. We come to you anywhere in the UK and pay the same day your Pops arrive.
A list, a spreadsheet, or a few photos of your shelves and boxes — whatever you've got. For Chases and exclusives, photos that show the sticker on the box let us quote tighter.
Within 24–48 hours you'll have a written, no-obligation offer. We'll talk you through how each major Pop was priced and which references we used (eBay sold, PPG, Mercari).
If you accept, we send a fully-insured courier to your front door at a time that suits you. You don't print labels, queue at a post office, or pay for postage — even for oversized 18-inch Mega Pops.
Once your collection lands and is checked, you are paid by bank transfer the same working day. No deductions, no hidden fees, no waiting period.
What we buy
From a single SDCC Stan Lee Chase to a 2,000-Pop loft clearance, we buy Funko Pops across every line, every wave and every exclusive sticker. A single grail in a soft case, a 50-Pop display shelf, or a garage full of inherited boxes — we treat them all with the same care and price them with the same honesty.
We also buy comic books, Pokémon cards, and Magic: The Gathering cards — so if your collection is mixed, send it all and we’ll value the lot in one go.
Selling your Funko Pops, made easy
You don’t need a printer, packing experience, courier accounts, or a Saturday afternoon free. Here’s exactly what happens once you decide to sell your Funko collection to Fantasy Road.
A little bit about us
We’re a UK-based, family-run business with just a two-person team that has become one of the UK’s biggest and most reliable specialist collectibles buyers since we were established a little over five years ago in 2020. We’re not a giant firm. We’re not a corporate machine. There’s just two of us here — Matt (ex-developer, built the Fantasy Road website, runs the Whatnot shows, does the sales and purchasing) and Amy (spends Matt’s money). We are collectors first, dealers second.
Before Fantasy Road, we found ourselves in the same position you now find yourself in: shelves heaving with Pops we no longer had room for, no idea who to trust to buy them, and a rolodex of UK dealers who either didn’t reply or sent back lowball offers that didn’t even cover the original RRP. Lowballs, lies, and rude responses. No, thank you.
And so, Fantasy Road was born. We strive to be a place where you’re not just a number, and our responses aren’t templated. We treat you like we would have wanted to be treated ourselves — with respect, and with as much information as possible. We value transparency, and we’re happy to answer any question you might have about how we priced your Stan Lee SDCC, why the Holiday Boba Fett needs to be a stickered exclusive to hit the top tier, or how box condition feeds into the final number.
We started as comic book buyers but quickly grew into the wider pop-culture collectibles world — Funko Pops, Pokémon cards, Magic: The Gathering, vintage toys — which we’ve been purchasing from private sellers all over the UK for years. If it’s nerd-culture related, the chances are we’ll take it.
One important point: we don’t operate a public shopfront. That was a decision we made in 2021, when we realised the up-front costs of running a physical store were holding us back. So we moved online and pushed the money we were spending on premises into paying more for your Funko Pops — a decision that turned out to be one of the best we’ve ever made.
The selling-Funko cheat sheet
To give you the most accurate (and competitive) Funko valuation, we need a few simple details. Don’t worry — this isn’t an exam. If you’re not sure about something, we’ll guide you through it. We buy Funko collections across the UK every week, so we know exactly what to look for.
How we value Funko Pops
Every Funko Pop we quote on is benchmarked against three live data points: recent eBay UK sold listings (the price collectors actually paid in the last 30 days, not the wishful asking prices), PPG (Pop Price Guide) trend data (the global community-tracked average for that exact stickered variant), and active Mercari and Facebook Marketplace UK listings for the same exclusive sticker. Funko prices move fast — a Pop that traded for £40 last summer might be £120 this week if the show or film returned to streaming — so we quote on today’s data, not last year’s.
We then adjust for box condition. A mint-boxed SDCC Stan Lee with sharp corners is worth dramatically more than the same Pop with creased flaps and a yellowed window, and we’ll tell you which bracket each piece sits in honestly. We grade fairly — a softer offer with no surprises beats an inflated quote followed by a deduction once the courier arrives.
Out-of-box (OOB) figures are quoted separately and only where the figure is vaulted, exclusive or a Chase — modern in-production OOB Pops have very little resale value and we’ll tell you that up front rather than waste your time arranging a courier. The figure we agree in writing is the figure that lands in your account — no “settling-in” deductions, no “after a closer look” renegotiation.

The same handful of questions come up over and over again from UK Funko sellers. Here are the honest answers — the same ones we’d give over the phone.
