Comicz assists with identification, visible condition prompts, pricing and listing preparation. It does not replace checking the physical comic.
Your first listing
- Open Comicz and choose a destination.
- Select the scan type that matches the comic.
- Upload a clear photo or use Live Scan.
- Check the title, issue, printing, condition and price.
- Preview, save a draft, add to Pro inventory or publish/export.
Plans and access
Free starter scans let a new account try identification. Lite keeps the core scanning and listing workflow. Pro adds permanent inventory management, Long Box Mode and box stocktakes. The app shows a Pro marker wherever that membership is required.
Scan allowance and add-ons
The usage card shows the current billing-period allowance and remaining add-on scans. Each photograph submitted for AI identification consumes one scan; photos uploaded only for storage or listing presentation are not charged unless they are processed by the identification service. Unused starter scans do not expire. When the allowance is exhausted, purchase an add-on pack or wait for the next paid billing period.
First-listing guide
The guide is intended only for accounts with no completed listing history. It tracks destination, identification, review and sale preparation. Hide dismisses it on the current account/device; established sellers should not normally see it.
Referral rewards
When the referral campaign is active, copy the personal code from the referral container and share it under the displayed terms. Referral eligibility, rewards and closing dates come from the live campaign terms.
Plan advisor
Use the monthly-photo slider on the landing page to compare expected usage with each plan’s scan allowance. The estimate is planning guidance: each photo actually submitted for AI identification consumes a scan.
Scanning comics
Raw Comics
Use for ordinary, ungraded single issues. Photograph the complete front cover square-on, with readable title and issue details where possible.
Slabbed Comics
Use for CGC or CBCS slabs. Keep the label and comic visible, avoid glare across the case, and verify grade, page quality and certification number.
Series / Runs
Use when the photographs represent one run being sold together. Check the detected first and last issue and never claim a complete run until you have physically confirmed every issue.
Collected Editions
Use for graphic novels, omnibuses and trade paperbacks. A paired phone can send a valid ISBN-13 when this mode is active.
Multiple photos
Choose up to eight photographs per item. When those photographs are processed together for identification or grading, each processed photograph uses one scan from the allowance. In Long Box Mode, the phone displays the current photo number; use Finish item early if fewer photographs are needed. The physical position advances only when the item is finished.
Better photographs
- Use even light and avoid reflections.
- Fill most of the frame without cropping edges.
- Hold the camera still and focus before capture.
- Add spine, back and interior photographs where condition evidence matters.
Upload, Live Scan and Auto Scan
Drag in JPG, PNG or WebP files, browse the device, or open Live Scan. Live Scan captures from the camera on the current device. Auto Scan waits for movement to stop and sufficient image detail before taking the shot; mute controls its sound.
Scan options
- Grade estimate: requests an AI condition estimate for review.
- Defect scan: prompts likely visible flaws; intensity controls sensitivity.
- Long description: produces fuller sales copy.
- Signature scan: looks for visible signing evidence that still needs confirmation.
- Automatic pricing: adds a suggested price after accepting its beta notice.
Description preferences
Optional wording can mention bagged/boarded supply, mailer packaging and the need to inspect pictures. These are seller claims: enable them only when they are true for the actual order.
Photo grouping and order
Enable multiple images when several photographs belong to one item. Set images per item, then confirm the ordering screen before scanning. Multi-picture grading uses more evidence and more AI scans. Reorder or remove mistakes before confirming groups.
Collected-edition ISBN results
Scan or type an ISBN-13. Confirm the matched edition, format and cover. You may use an available stock cover or provide your own photos. If lookup fails, correct the number, retry, or fall back to an AI image scan.
Review & corrections
Read the listing card
Each card contains identity, printing, condition, price, quantity, physical location, description and available actions. Cards and streamlined rows show the same underlying listing data.
Correcting the AI
Edit incorrect fields before saving or publishing. Submitted corrections create learning evidence tied to the account. Repeated, verified corrections can improve later suggestions; one correction does not instantly retrain the entire model.
Automatic pricing
The price is a suggestion with supporting confidence and evidence where available. Review outliers, variants, grade, market, postage and recent demand before accepting it.
Filters and detected runs
Detected runs group related results for focus, not deletion. Tapping a run isolates it. Use Clear filters in Listing View to return to every result.
Review readiness
Warnings highlight incomplete or low-confidence fields before a listing leaves review. Resolve identity, required price, condition and destination requirements. Preview shows the buyer-facing photos, description, grade, defects, price and destination without publishing.
Cards and rows
Cards provide the fullest visual editing view. Rows compress each comic into a single operational line for larger batches. Switching view does not change or submit the underlying records.
Quantity and direct sale
Quantity sits with condition, Direct and price. Confirm quantity reflects physically interchangeable copies; variants or materially different conditions should normally remain separate records.
Selling & exports
eBay connection
- Connect the eBay account from Comicz. In a team workspace, an administrator must do this once for the shared workspace.
- Complete required business policies in eBay: payment, returns and postage.
- Return to Comicz and choose the matching policy or postage option.
- Review the listing and publish.
Drafts and batch commands
Save incomplete work as a draft. Batch commands apply shared price, listing type, start date, offers and postage to a group, but each listing remains individually reviewable.
Whatnot and TikTok
Export the marketplace-specific spreadsheet, then complete the import in that marketplace’s desktop portal. These are tracked handoffs, not direct publishing connections.
Preventing double sales
Channel status and conflict warnings help identify stock that may have sold elsewhere. A conflict requires an explicit decision and note; check the live marketplace before relisting.
Export destinations
Choose the sales destination before preparing listings. Comicz can show eBay, Whatnot, TikTok, a connected custom store and selected-channel workflows according to the integrations enabled on the server.
Selected channels
Select only the destinations that should receive a comic. The capability matrix explains whether each connection supports direct publish, export or desktop handoff. Estimated proceeds compare gross price, indicative fees and estimated net; they are planning estimates, not guaranteed settlement values.
Partial publish and retry
If one destination succeeds and another fails, the successful channel is remembered. Retry the pending channel only. This prevents a normal recovery attempt from duplicating an already-created listing.
Custom store and Shopify
Custom-store connections depend on the configured CMS endpoint and credentials. Shopify availability follows the live beta/feature flag. Test with a non-critical product and verify stock, images and product state in the store admin.
eBay Control Hub
The hub covers the connection state, marketplace, listing KPIs, connected channels, recent active listings and ranked next actions. Refresh pulls current information. Smart Watch surfaces listings needing attention; listings created directly on eBay may not appear in Comicz’s own totals.
Live eBay actions
Where supported, edit a live fixed-price title, price or description, end a listing, sync stock, and send an offer to eligible interested buyers. Live auction starting prices cannot be changed through the fixed-price editor. Reconnect eBay when authorisation expires.
Permanent inventory
Inventory management is a Pro feature. It stores reusable stock records on the account so they remain available on other authorised devices.
Add inventory
Use Add to inventory on a reviewed listing, or open Saved Inventory and choose Add directly to inventory. Assign status, quantity, asking price, purchase information and location.
Locations and labels
Room, rack, box and position connect the database record to the physical comic. Print individual SKU labels or box labels from the inventory toolbar.
Statuses
Available, listed, reserved, sold, returned, lost and damaged describe the operational state. Update status when the real stock changes; marketplace sync should still be checked before acting.
Import, export and history
Preview a CSV before importing, map columns and review suspected duplicates. Complete exports include location, financials, images, channel states and revision history.
Want list
Add a wanted series and optional issue number or notes. Future matching scans can be flagged for attention. Remove entries when the requirement has been fulfilled.
Financial fields
Record purchase cost, source and date, asking price, sold price, fees, postage and sold date. Margin is calculated from recorded values and is only as accurate as the inputs; it is not accounting or tax advice.
Long Box Mode
Long Box Mode is the Pro high-volume workflow. It pairs a phone camera with the desktop review station; it is not a comic type, so it always runs alongside Raw, Slab, Series or Collected Edition mode.
Start a session
- Select Long Box Mode at the top of the scan types. Invited workspace scanners use the shared Pro entitlement; they do not need the owner’s licence key.
- Name the session and box; add room, rack and starting position.
- Choose the secondary comic type and photos per comic.
- Optionally assign phone and desktop operators.
- Pair the phone using the private QR code or secure link.
During intake
The phone captures while desktop receives and processes the queue. Pause or resume from either device. Change the current box or next position from the phone when physical stock changes. Links expire after two hours and ending a session closes access.
Queue and recovery
Long Box reports queued, processed, failed and duplicate totals plus throughput. Captures remain recoverable while queued. Quality checks warn about blur, glare and likely duplicate photographs before unnecessary processing.
Finish the session
Review every result on desktop, resolve run filters and failures, then save drafts, inventory records or marketplace output. Print the box label while the paired session is active or later from Saved Inventory.
Roles and live metrics
Scanner, reviewer and publisher names make handoffs clearer. Assign the desktop as review or publishing station. Metrics show captures, duplicates, completed, failed, pause time and approximate hourly throughput; they are operational indicators, not staff-performance scoring.
Detected runs, gaps and duplicates
Long Box groups consecutive related captures by series and can surface possible missing or duplicate issue numbers. Tap a run to isolate it, verify the physical sequence, then clear filters to return to the complete intake.
Team workspaces
Shop workspaces are being introduced behind a controlled rollout. They let several named users work from the same Comicz plan without sharing a password or licence key.
Seats, invitations and scan allowance
A workspace administrator invites a person by email and chooses their starting role. The invitation reserves a seat and sends an email containing the workspace name, role and Comicz link—never the owner's licence key. The invited person signs in with their own verified Fantasy Road account using the exact invited email; Comicz then connects web and mobile to the shared workspace even if that person already has a Starter or Lite licence. Every workspace seat draws from the owner’s single shared scan allowance, so adding staff does not create extra scans. A personal Pro owner remains in their own Pro workspace and uses their own allowance.
Shared marketplace accounts
Only a workspace administrator can connect, reconnect or disconnect eBay and Shopify. The authorisation is stored against the shared workspace owner, while publishers can use that connection for approved listing actions. Other roles see a prompt to ask an administrator instead of a connection control that cannot work.
Four permission levels
- Scanner: captures stock and creates working drafts.
- Reviewer: checks, corrects and removes drafts.
- Publisher: can review and approve work for inventory or sale.
- Admin: manages seats, roles and protected backup actions as well as the full workflow.
These checks run on the server. Hiding a button in the browser is not treated as permission.
Removing access
Removing a member disables their workspace seat and revokes device sessions attached to that workspace. It does not delete the shared records they helped create. An administrator cannot accidentally remove their own admin access.
Activity history
Invitations, joins, role changes and removals are recorded with the acting account and time. This creates a basic accountability trail without treating throughput figures as employee-performance scoring.
Review and approval queue
Publishers and admins can assign a working draft to an active reviewer, publisher or administrator. Reviewers see work assigned to them plus unassigned work; scanners see drafts they created. The draft records who created, reviewed and approved it, with timestamps for each handoff.
Request changes
A publisher can return a draft with a short note instead of approving it. The item goes back into review with its earlier work intact, so the scanner or reviewer knows what to fix without rebuilding the listing.
Locations
Administrators can create short named location codes for a shop, stockroom, warehouse or event unit. Choose the location when adding a reviewed card, creating an inventory record directly or managing existing stock. Archive a location only after its remaining stock has been moved; recreating an archived code safely restores it.
30-day operations view
Publishers and administrators can see workspace-wide handoffs and activity. Scanners and reviewers see only their own figures and activity; support-request history is administrator-only. Use the view to find a broken handoff or training need. Counts are workflow context, not a fair measure of employee value or speed.
Marketplace profiles
Named export profiles can separate Whatnot, TikTok and custom-store handoffs by shop or operator. A profile does not connect an account or publish by itself. Extra direct eBay and Shopify accounts are deliberately unavailable until the marketplace integration can isolate credentials and policies safely.
Migration and priority support
An administrator can request migration scoping with the source, approximate record count and required fields. Any active member can raise priority support from the operations panel. The displayed response time is a service target, not an instant automated fix.
QR labels & stocktakes
Print a box label
Use Print box label in the active Long Box session or Print box labels in Saved Inventory. The QR code returns an authorised user to the matching box stocktake.
Run a stocktake
- Scan the label or choose Box stocktake.
- Select the box and enter the checker’s name.
- Tick each comic physically found in position order.
- Add unexpected SKUs or notes, separated by commas.
- Complete and review the discrepancy totals.
Images & account data
Image handling
Uploads are compressed and restricted to safe maximum dimensions. Temporary images are automatically removed after the plan’s retention period; Pro receives longer retention. Storage quotas and warnings prevent uncontrolled use.
Permanent versus temporary
Inventory is permanent account data until erased. A temporary scan image is working material and may expire. Do not use Comicz as the only archive for irreplaceable photography.
Backups and erasure
Download supported exports or encrypted backups for your own records. Workspace deletion removes inventory, drafts, batches, corrections, temporary images, want-list entries and box stocktakes while preserving the paid licence.
Devices
Account-backed records can be used across authorised devices. Revoke an unfamiliar or retired device session from account controls.
Correction memory and consent
Private correction memory belongs to the licence and is not shared with other sellers. The optional shared-learning consent permits future structured corrections—not photos, prices or seller data—to be considered for a staff-verified reference library. Nothing is shared automatically. Download or erase correction memory from Advanced Settings.
Draft synchronisation and recovery
When server drafts are enabled they synchronise to the account while the device keeps a short offline safety copy. Background batches preserve recoverable work and show server queue status. Encrypted backup download and restore are available where enabled.
Mobile workspace
The authenticated mobile workspace is designed for confirmation and inventory-oriented work, not the full desktop selling/export toolset. In the Stock and eBay tabs, use Previous and Next to move through pages; the page counter shows your position. Stock searches and status filters stay selected while paging. Changing a filter starts at page one, and Refresh reloads the current page. Device tokens use protected platform storage; legacy licence credentials are removed after migration.
Feature requests and updates
Use the in-app suggestion panel to request improvements. “What’s new” notices describe deployed changes. This Bible is the durable operating reference and should be updated whenever a feature is added or behaviour changes.
Support references
Every Comicz API call receives a short request reference. Failed actions include it in the response and supported screens show it with the error. Copy the complete reference when contacting support; it links the visible failure to server records without revealing a licence key or comic data.
Troubleshooting
“AI integration not configured”
The server is missing its Comicz AI credentials or configuration. Local development needs the relevant environment settings and server dependencies; refreshing the browser alone will not fix it.
eBay will not publish
Reconnect the eBay account, confirm the integration is enabled, and check payment, return and postage policies in eBay. Then retry only the pending channel rather than duplicating successful listings.
The phone will not pair
Confirm Pro is active, both devices are online and the link is less than two hours old. End the stale session and generate a new secure link if necessary.
A scan looks wrong
Check the selected comic type, retake a sharper glare-free photograph and correct the fields. Use the correction workflow so the mistake becomes useful learning evidence.
The scan allowance looks wrong
Refresh the usage card and confirm which account or workspace is active. Shop seats share the workspace owner’s allowance, including add-on scans. Multi-photo identification costs one scan per processed photograph. If the allowance is exhausted, reduce unnecessary processed angles, use an add-on pack or wait for the paid billing period to renew.
Inventory or stocktake is missing
These are Pro features. Confirm the correct licensed account is active and refresh Saved Inventory. A box appears only when permanent inventory records have that box assigned.
Migration fails during deployment
Run the latest migrations in order. Comicz migrations use short MySQL-safe key names and defensive column checks; keep the full error and migration filename when requesting support.
A team invitation, member or draft is missing
Check spam for the Comicz workspace invitation, then confirm Shop Workspaces is enabled, the person signed in with the exact invited email, and the seat is still active. A mail failure does not discard the reserved seat: the administrator can give the person the Comicz link without sharing a licence key. Reviewers see assigned and unassigned review work; scanners see only drafts they created.
A location, export profile or support request is missing
Open Locations, performance & support and refresh it. Only administrators can add or archive locations and profiles or request migration work. Direct eBay and Shopify profiles remain limited to the supported account connection; use named profiles only for export handoffs.
Feature-by-feature fixes
Every major Comicz workflow has a correct-use reminder and a safe recovery path. Open the matching problem; search also reads the hidden answers.
AccountLogin, licence or Pro access is not recognised
How to use it
Sign in with the exact email that owns the active licence.
Fix it safely
- Sign out and back into the correct Fantasy Road account.
- Confirm the subscription is active and the saved licence belongs to the same email.
- Resend or re-save a missing licence. Never share the key publicly.
- If billing is active but access remains locked, contact support with the account email.
AllowanceScans are exhausted or usage looks wrong
How to use it
Check the usage card before processing; each AI-processed image consumes a scan and multi-picture grading can use several.
Fix it safely
- Refresh the usage card.
- Check photo grouping and images per item.
- Use an add-on balance or wait for the paid period to renew.
- Keep the displayed count and timestamp when reporting a discrepancy.
OnboardingThe first-listing guide is wrong or will not hide
How to use it
The guide is only for accounts without genuine listing history; Hide dismisses it.
Fix it safely
- Hide or complete it once, then refresh.
- Confirm the same account and device are being used.
- If an established account still sees it, report the account and listing-history evidence; do not erase inventory.
UploadA photo is rejected, blurry or reflective
How to use it
Use a supported JPG, PNG or WebP within the displayed limit, square-on and under even light.
Fix it safely
- Clean the lens, steady the device and move lights off-axis.
- Retake after focus locks and keep the full comic in frame.
- Compress an oversized original without making cover text unreadable.
Live ScanCamera or Auto Scan does not work
How to use it
Grant camera permission; for Auto Scan, move a new comic into view and then hold it still.
Fix it safely
- Allow camera access in browser settings.
- Close other camera apps and reload Comicz.
- Choose the rear camera and improve lighting.
- Use the manual shutter if automatic capture remains uncertain.
AI serverAI integration not configured or unavailable
How to use it
Identification needs the server-side Comicz integration; never enter AI credentials into the browser.
Fix it safely
- Retry once after checking connectivity.
- For local development, configure server environment credentials and clear Laravel configuration cache.
- If it persists on the hosted app, an administrator must repair the server; re-uploading cannot fix configuration.
Scan modesThe issue, slab or ISBN match is wrong
How to use it
Select Raw, Slab, Series or Collected Edition to match the physical item before capture.
Fix it safely
- Verify the active secondary mode while Long Box is enabled.
- Retake a clear cover or slab-label image.
- Correct ISBN-13, edition and format for collected editions.
- Edit the result and submit a correction instead of publishing uncertainty.
Photo groupsPhotos split into wrong listings
How to use it
Enable multiple images, set photos per item and confirm their order before processing.
Fix it safely
- Cancel the grouping preview and reorder or remove images.
- Verify every group boundary.
- In Long Box, use Finish item when fewer photos are needed.
- Remove incorrect results and rescan rather than merging live listings.
ReviewA listing is incomplete, low confidence or hidden
How to use it
Resolve readiness warnings and review identity, condition, quantity, price, description and destination.
Fix it safely
- Open warning evidence and fill required fields.
- Use Preview to inspect buyer-facing output.
- Use Clear filters if a run filter hides other results.
- Cards and Rows can be switched without losing data.
PricingAutomatic price is missing or unrealistic
How to use it
Enable Automatic Pricing, accept its beta notice and treat the result as an editable suggestion.
Fix it safely
- Verify identity, printing, variant and grade first.
- Read confidence and pricing evidence.
- Compare genuinely relevant recent sales.
- Enter a defensible manual price when evidence is weak.
CorrectionsA correction is not remembered
How to use it
Submit corrected structured fields on the same licensed account; private memory is account-specific.
Fix it safely
- Confirm the correction was submitted rather than discarded.
- Check the same licence is active.
- Download correction memory to confirm stored entries.
- Shared improvement requires optional consent and staff verification; it is not instant retraining.
Drafts & queueA draft is missing, conflicted or processing is stuck
How to use it
Save before leaving, allow synchronisation to finish and use item-level retries in the recoverable queue.
Fix it safely
- Reconnect and reload server drafts/queue state without starting a duplicate upload.
- Compare conflicted revisions before choosing one.
- Check the short offline copy or encrypted backup.
- Retry only failed batch items and retain the batch identifier for support.
Team workspaceA seat, role, location or approval is wrong
How to use it
Sign in with the invited account, open Team Workspace and refresh the shared state.
Fix it safely
- Confirm the seat is active and the email matches the invitation.
- Ask an administrator to correct the role or location.
- Use Request changes rather than approving incomplete work.
- Check the activity feed before repeating an action or removing access.
Shop supportA migration or priority request is missing
How to use it
Submit it from Locations, performance & support and keep the displayed request reference.
Fix it safely
- Migration requests require an administrator.
- Include source format, approximate record count and required destination fields.
- Refresh to check its current status.
- Do not resend repeatedly; contact Fantasy Road with the reference if the response target passes.
Request referenceSupport asks for a failed request reference
How to use it
Copy the value beginning cz_ or cz_web_ from the error message or response.
Fix it safely
- Do not send a licence key, device token or marketplace password.
- Keep the time, action and affected listing or batch alongside the reference.
- Check the live marketplace before retrying an uncertain publish.
- Support can use the reference to locate the matching server failure.
eBay setupConnection, policies or ship-from location are missing
How to use it
Connect the intended marketplace and maintain payment, return, postage and location settings in eBay.
Fix it safely
- Reconnect expired authorisation.
- Confirm UK versus US marketplace.
- Create or activate business policies in Seller Hub.
- Add a valid ship-from postcode/country, refresh, then reselect the policy.
PublishingPublish failed, timed out or may be duplicated
How to use it
Publish a reviewed listing once and wait for its response.
Fix it safely
- Check the live marketplace before retrying a timeout.
- If it exists, sync Comicz rather than publishing again.
- If absent, correct the reported field/policy error and retry only the pending channel.
- Resolve possible double sales explicitly with a note.
Control HubEdit, offer, end or stock sync fails
How to use it
Refresh the hub first and use actions supported by the listing type and buyer state.
Fix it safely
- Reconnect eBay on authorisation errors.
- Auction starting prices cannot use the fixed-price editor.
- Send offers only to eBay-reported eligible buyers.
- Confirm true state in Seller Hub, then refresh Comicz.
ExportsWhatnot, TikTok or store import is rejected
How to use it
Choose the correct destination and complete the downloaded handoff in its external portal.
Fix it safely
- Keep required spreadsheet columns unchanged.
- Resolve blank required fields and inaccessible image URLs.
- Confirm currency, category and marketplace.
- For a custom store, verify endpoint credentials and test one non-critical item.
InventoryRecords are missing, stale or refuse to save
How to use it
Use the active Pro account, refresh Saved Inventory and edit the latest revision.
Fix it safely
- Check status filters and search.
- Refresh before editing a record changed elsewhere.
- On a conflict, reopen the newest revision and reapply the intended change.
- Confirm box spelling and location when grouping stock.
CSVImport contains invalid or duplicate rows
How to use it
Map Series and other columns, then inspect the dry-run preview before committing.
Fix it safely
- Correct invalid dates, money, statuses and missing series in the source.
- Review suspected duplicates before including them.
- Stay within displayed file and row limits.
- Export a backup before a large corrective import.
Long BoxPhone will not pair, queue or advance position
How to use it
Start as Pro, configure the box and secondary scan mode, then open the private two-hour link.
Fix it safely
- Confirm both devices are online and the session is not paused or expired.
- End a stale session and create a fresh link.
- Position advances only after the final configured photo or Finish item.
- Keep desktop open and retry only failed queue items.
LocationComic is in the wrong box or position
How to use it
Set room, rack, box and starting position before capture; update them when physical stock moves.
Fix it safely
- Pause before changing location mid-intake.
- Correct the card before saving to inventory.
- For saved stock, use Manage to update permanent location.
- Reprint a label when the box identity changes.
StocktakeBox, expected comic or QR link is missing
How to use it
A box is derived from Pro inventory records sharing room, rack and box.
Fix it safely
- Refresh Saved Inventory and confirm Pro.
- Assign records to the exact same location spelling.
- Sign into the authorised account after scanning.
- Record discrepancies but do not mark stock lost until investigated.
LabelsPrint window or QR code does not work
How to use it
Allow the label window and print at the intended size without covering the QR quiet area.
Fix it safely
- Allow pop-ups for Fantasy Road.
- Use 100% scale and disable browser headers/footers.
- Increase print quality and reprint damaged labels.
- Select the box manually if a camera cannot read the code.
ImagesImage expired, quota warning or photo is missing
How to use it
Treat temporary images as working files and keep original photographs elsewhere.
Fix it safely
- Upload the original again after retention expiry.
- Remove unneeded workspace data or allow cleanup when near quota.
- Use supported compressed dimensions.
- Never rely on Comicz as the only photo archive.
MobileMobile is limited or device access fails
How to use it
Use mobile for supported confirmation/inventory work and desktop for full selling/export tools.
Fix it safely
- Sign in again to refresh the protected session.
- Revoke old or unfamiliar devices.
- Open desktop for unavailable marketplace actions.
- Never share device tokens.
DataBackup, correction export or erasure fails
How to use it
Download backups before destructive operations and erase only with the exact confirmation.
Fix it safely
- Check account authorisation and connection.
- Do not edit encrypted backup contents.
- Retry export before deleting anything.
- If erasure partly fails, stop and contact support with the timestamp rather than repeating it.
DeploymentLocal setup or migration fails
How to use it
Configure the environment, deploy matching code and run Laravel migrations in order.
Fix it safely
- Keep the exact migration filename and database error.
- Use the latest code containing defensive MySQL fixes.
- Never drop a production table merely to force a retry.
- Correct configuration/schema compatibility, rerun migrations and clear relevant caches.
